I installed the flip top correctly (I think). Yet when I start any of my discs in the drive my ps2 makes a really really wierd WHURRING sound. Like wurrghghghghghh.

And then it comes up with a Disk read error. And after that No disc.

I have a fatty ps2 btw. PLEASE HELP!! My japanese game will be here in less then 6 minutes!!!! YOU ARE MY ONLY HOPE OMFG!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE

Is it the kind of sound it makes when the case isn't together properly and the disc is either hitting the tray or the lens is hitting something.
