Nero 7 has HD-DVD and Blue-Ray support built in.

You can't back-up commercial BluRay & HD-DVD movies with Nero 7.

There was no mention about commercial disks or encryption in the original question.

ashampoo suports bluray, and yes you need a bluray burner to backup bluray movies to bluray disks, but you also can backup bluray disks to dual layerd dvd's,
