EPSXE Silent Bomber Woes

Hi-Either I'm missing up something obvious :) or this is a historically problematic game to run. Most recent version of epsxe, works fine on other .img files/bios/outside cd-roms. My Silent Bomber has two files within a SLUS folder (so far so good)-a .bin, and a file called EBOOT.PBP (that is approx. 380 MB and seems to be the game itself). .BIN file is of course 1 KB. Neither runs in EPSXE. Any ideas?
