Smart ripper and DVD decryptor seem to be the most popular. As to which one is the baddest? You can find out by testing out both of them and choose whichever works best for you. Actually, to be on the safe side, why not download both, just in case one ripper doesnt work for a particular movie.

Now that I think about it, Im pretty sure grufus meant to ask which was the best ripper.

Anyways, some other rippers you could try are CladXP or vStrip 0.8e_css.

Also you can read this article from http://www.doom9.org which can help you decide which ripper is the 'baddest' ; )
