Well, my 360 isn't flashed with any type of firmware etc. But lately I have been getting the open tray error and the please insert this disc into a xbox 360 error. (white screen).. Then when i finally get the game to load it sometiems gives me a dirty disc error.. which that barely happens due to the games not loading in the first place...

Well, all i find is jayqu3's video or w/e. It doesn't really show the procedure of putting hte rubberband in or anything. I don't even know how to take the 360 apart...
