Here's my problem I D/L GOW ISO (came in two files .000 and .dvd). I burned the game using Img Burn and deleted the iso. I forgot to set the booktype to DVD-ROM. My question is can I rip the backup, set the booktype, and re-burn?

yes.. the booktype is just the way the dvd is read has nothing to do with the info on the disc.
