Need help with my HDD Upgrade

I have a softmodded xbox already, been modded for a year, and i want a bigger harddrive to store my movies music and games, i used this tutorial http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/203286 to upgrade my HDD, but when i get to the part to boot up from the cd i cant boot into the VGA mode (1,default) it just turns my screen black and freeze's i tryed the text mode also but it freeze's to, anyone know what the problem is?

sounds like you just made the cd wrong. try burning another copy of it.

Nope, thats not the problem, the problem was the pc i was doing it on could not boot into the vga mode for some reason, but it works now, thanks ;)
