Slim PS2 Laser Voltage Adjustment

I've tried playing Madden 07 but when I insert the disc, in the browser screen it just says, "Reading Disc..." for a few seconds then disappears and just sits there. I've taken apart my ps2 and tried cleaning the lens and blowing out some dust but nothing so far has worked. I've read that it may be the lens voltage or the height but I'm not sure what it is. I've searched yahoo and google on tutorials on how to change the height and the voltage but all I have found are how to change the Voltage on Height on the older (fat) PS2's. Please help me out here, any help is appreciated.
