3.03 oe-c Jpeg's not showing up

Anyone have trouble with photo's not showing up in fw 3.03 oe-c? I tried everything else and video/music work fine... my pictures just are registering, even when they are directly in :/PHOTO.

Any thoughts anyone?

Open "My Computer" -> Enter your PSP Drive -> Make a folder there called PICTURE - (In CAPS) -> then put your pictures in there.
