Problem with Firefox browser not loading pages correctly!!

I am using Firefox for my web browser and I have been having trouble with it loading pages correctly. The main problem is, after being online for a little while, 10 minutes or so, pages began to take forever to load. Pages will start loading and then the timer just continously spins and the progress bar stops moving. To correct this I have to close the browser and open it again. Is there any way to correct this, or is it an issue with spyware or viruses? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Might just be that time to clean up the cache/cookies/browsed pages information.

Tools, Clear Private Data...choose to clear everything.

Tried FF 2.0 yet?

Yip mate clean out your chache. If you pump into the search bar on this site " Tweak Fire fox" then it explains how to boost the speeds for your browser. Might help alittle
