Does anyone know a good, easy to use program that can download streaming video from the internet?

If you mean websites like YouTube then you can use this plugin for Firefox to do it...

I have the video downloader for Firefox. Theres some sites not on that list that I want video from.

I don't understand how to use this program? I got to a point where all it did was start the video online.
