I want to play homebrew on my PSP. I was gonna downgrade the firmware on it but I just heard from a friend that you can hard mod the PSP with a chip. Which of these would be better to run homebrew on?

If u r RICH with loads of MONEY $$, buy the MOD Chip.
If u dun wan to buy, then downgrade.....

It is better to downgrade anyway, the Chip is to prevent your PSP being BRICKED!!

if u want to shell out 150 bux to do it go with the mod chip....if u want to shell out 25 dollars at the most, possibly nothing if u have the right firmware, then downgrade.
