I have a
nokia 6030b and it is from
t-mobile i am in
usa kentucky and the IEMI number
010892/00/073121/4

Please help and make sure that it is correct because i have only one try and it is my phone code to be unlocked.

After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
