I have a movie with blurriness during fast action scenes and also some kinda rough audio. Is there any way to fix this?

The problem you have is entirely on the encoder, he or she probably didnt use a sufficient bitrate for a good looking movie.

What do you mean by 'rough' audio.

There's really know way to re-encode the movie for better quality if the problem is due to bitrate.

You can try to fix this by using ffdshow to decode your movies and set the postprocessing presets to the highest level.
