i've been noticing that many of my backups when i play them on my tv with my oppo971h that the sound is very very low i have to crank the tv volume all the way to the max to get a decent level of audio..to back up the dvds ive been using AnyDVD + shrink and then clonedvd2 to put it on a disc. i also have tried playing DivX AVI files.. and they play fine at half volume its quite loud.. is there some setting im overlooking on my dvd player? am i backing up the dvds wrong in some way? if all else fails i suppose i could shell out for some giant speakers or something but i have no idea... any help would be greatly appreiacted

well i just tested it in a dvd player upstairs and it played very loud at even half volume.... which leads me to believe its an issue with my oppo971h. i guess ill try to hunt for some good sound configurations or maybe call the company about it tomorrow
