Is There Any Existant Downgrader For FW 2.82 With A TA-082 Motherboard?

If there is, please give me a link of it..., Ive become a wacko searching for it all over the net for all day long...

Everything else, like upgrading to the 3.03 OE-C, Im an expert, but I just need help with this, THANKS!

Any help will be appreciated...

upgrade to 3.03 and find an unpatched copy of GTA:LCS. Then u can downgrade....and its ur ONLY way.
