I have a Japanese xbox 360 and a Globe360 mod chip that I've been trying to put in. While the soldering was a bit difficult, it finally got finished and IS bootable into the dashboard, and still works fine for regular games.

However, it doesn't boot any games I've burned. I'm not sure however if the games I've burned were done incorrectly either because of the media, technique, etc, or if the chip isn't in properly.

I've tried looking for Globe360 help and FAQs, but there doesn't seem to be much available, at least in English.

So here are my questions:
1. Is there a way to tell if the mod chip is working correctly without having a properly burned game? Or is there a way to make sure the game is burned properly without having a properly modded xbox360? I don't know anyone with a modded xbox360 that I can test on. Or maybe a homebrew loader or something else that isn't picky about burning that could tell me if the chip is working?
2. What is the actual process for turning the chip off and on? (maybe it's not even on)
3. Given the above, you are supposed to be able to tell the chip status from the LEDs, but I haven't been able to find that information anywhere either. Does anyone know what it is?

I wish globe360 would pack the chip with some sort of instruction =(
