Help with TOCA 3 Problems?

OK ... hope this is the right place to post this ... TOCA 3 ... anyone having problems running this off there Hard Drive ... I have tried about 8 different ways to get it on the drive and have on half of those but will not run off Hard Drive. Does fine off the DVD ???
I'm awear of the LONG file names on this game and sure thats why DVD2XBox renames them but have got those on there also another way but still won't work. I think the Hard Drive just doesn't like running files of that size in name .. anything, anyone?
