Just wondering if this pci card will work to flash the drive in the 360

ok well there is no edit button but i need a couple things.

1. a controller to use for flashing the cd drive
2. more of a step by step newbiew help guide on how to do it only need it once and i will be good just don't wanna mess the system up.
3.And if possible ware to find more of the stuff i need.
