I'm buying a DMS4 SE Lite from someone and it's not pre-wired. Can someone point me in the direction I'll need to wire the chip? also, is it hard to wire chips yourself? Thanks in advance.

You will need the following

-15 watt soldering iron
-30AWG Kynar wire
-24AWG stranded hook up wire for power and ground
-Flux paste
-Solder

Soldering a modchip in a PS2 is not for the average solderer. If you are a novice you might consider having a pro look at it.

Have fun!
