how do i patch the game Kameo (NTSC)...

i got Kameo_Elements_Of_Power_USA_XBOX360-RADIAN and becuse it aint patched i downloaded Kameo_Elements_Of_Power_Secure_Sector_USA_XBOX360-iNSTEON NTSC FIX
and used the bin file that was inside it to burn the game and now i see the game dosent work so does anyone know how im suppose to burn this game ? maybe im supposed to merge the iso and the bin in ss merger ? and if thats what im supposed to do then how i tried using ss merger 1.7 but i dont get how to merge it right ?
