CAN I UPGRADE MY 2.71 SEB to 3.03 OEC right away and do i need umd to play iso and homebrew in this firmware?????

ok u bought a psp dont be too cheap to buy a used UMD, come on dude that's hella weak. secondly no custom firmware allows you to play all iso's without a umd. there is always bugs somewhere. If you are on 2.71 SE-B then yes u can upgrade 3.03 OE-C
