updating my firmware to 3.03 OE-C URGENT HELP PLS

Hello all

I have decided to update my firmware from 2.71 to 3.03. Im running a 1.5 version psp. When using the winstaller.exe the programme asks me where i want to save the info to. Please can anyone tell me where i need to save the programme to in order for it to work correctly.

I am assuming i select the psp folder but ive read about people also creating new folder please can you help?

Also does this programme allow me to run games from my mem card using dev hook or does the new programme over ride dev hook?

right so for instance when connected to the pc via usb its under drive F, so i select that drive, right?
