Hijack This Log - Computer Help needed Please

have been expierencing unexpected shut downs of computer at abrupt times and internet explorer errors on certain pages opened and then errors force windows to close plus several other issues. Ran Hijack This and this is the log i recieved:

OK, I am not the best HjT log reader but I am learning. It looks like you have four toolbars, you only need one at the most.

All of the "O4" stuff runs at bootup. I would recommend shutting off all of them (you can do so via typing msconfig into the "run" command.) except the following:

I can't see any viruses etc. from your HjT log but I am not an expert.

Have you run a full virus scan as well as a full Anti-Spyware scan (using Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D) recently while removing anything they find?

Also, before running a antivirus/spyware scan I recommend you run CCleaner. You can download it here:

It will clean out your registry and other problem areas of the PC.
