Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.

Click Here If Code Gives No Response/No Message

Try another sim it may be unlocked already.
Is all the information correct ?
The mobile was purchased in the UK
Orange is the original network or is it the network you wish to use ??

The codes are correct!
Another bloody noob who thinks they now it all. I have unlocked thousounds of mobiles m8 and know exactly what I am doing unlike you saying in a previous post that the IMEI can sometimes be 17 digits, NO gsm mobile has a 17 digit IMEI.
If I see you jump in on someone elses post (without permission) I will get you kicked out!!!
