This might be a n00b question what is the difference between THESE:

Windows Xp MSDN , Windows XP OEM Version , Windows XP retail. (Professional or Home Edition)

im confused about OEM and MSDN
retail is the full product right? sorry for my english im learning.. Help is thx

Well the MSDN is a resource for programmers and such to learn about programming crapola. Hehe

OEM is original equipment manufacturer... that means when you go you rou OS properties for WXP it will have a little logo saying the make, model and manufacturer of ur comp. OEMs can come in either Home or Pro i believe.

Windows XP retail. (Professional or Home Edition) is a true full version of XP... OEM is a full version too but you have no CDs to reinstall from.
