I was trying to replace a eject ribbon for version 7 PS2. I put it in while it was on, which I know was pretty stupid. It started up for a second and then flickered out and now I get no power at all. I checked it out and it seems tha the PS1 fuse is blown.
I was wondering.

First would blowing that fuse cause this problem.

Second can I replace this myself since it's so damn tiny.

Third where could I find one.

I hope someone can please HELP ME!!!!!!!!!

you might be able to get one from divineo. It is a 0.4a fuse. I found the easiest way to fix a blown fise is to solder a wire from one edo of the old fuse to one end of the new fuse then do the same with the other side. This saves having to take the origonal fuse of the bourd.

Info on how to get a free PS3 360 and Wii at.

Thanks for the help.
But I checked out that site and some others and they list all the fuses as N10 and N20. and there was no description of what the amps where. Is there another number to that fuse besides PS1???

Any 0.4AMP fuse will do.
