so i was looking to use my xbox as an FTP site
and was wondering about a good tutorial
every time i search all i can find is how to FTP TO the xbox
and i am interested in hosting files "podcasts actually"
any help is appreciated

why not just use a PC?
It would be much easier, all you would need is something like Winamp and you could host Shoutcast radio stations.
