SOCOM FTB2 Server Error (21)

While trying to log on to FTB2 Online server, it prompts me to Download Update. I press X and it shows me Server Error 21 has been encountered.

I search the web and found the update. I placed the update in psp\game\ folder but I could run the update.

How do I get to update FTB2 from 1.00 to 1.10?

I'm using 3.10OE-A'.

confirm what firmware you are using by going to Settings then system settings and system information.
