Suspended due to non-functional email address

Recently bought a new computer and upgraded to IE7. Now when I go to weather.com, the page will be aprox. 90% downloaded I'll get unable to connect message. That's the only page I'm having trouble with. I have called other people to check it and they tell me that they are not having any problems.
