I play socom online with a headset, have for a couple of years. One night I played, the next night tried to play and no sound came out of the headset. Then I could barely hear voices even with the volume all the way up, but not enough to understand them. I bought a new headset online it didn't work from day 1. No sound. But the mic worked on both of them, people could hear me. Tried both mics on my neighbors ps2, same thing. I called Sony for help. They said to open a port in my router. I wasn't using a router, I plugged right into my modem. So is there a setting that I'm missing or just get a bad headset? Very frustrating.
