Need help fixing my dead slim ps2

I recently just hooked my slimline ps2 to my car and i accidently put it on a higher voltage then it was suppose to. Now it won't turn on. I have opened the console and everything looks fine. Can anyone help solve this problem

It has to be one of the fuses but i recomend looking for a new motherboard on ebay. Whaty version do u have
