try this little app...its worked for me with no problem...you can copy a whole page, pic or whatever it is you want to cut out of a web page and save it as a .jpeg, .bmp etc....

techsmiths snagit is quality.
It also has time delay function which is useful, also editor for editing captured shots, changing type, resolution etc...
Nice feature is also the abilty to capture real time screen video and save as AVI, mpeg, flash etc...

i have always used fraps for screenshoting games, i dont know if its free or not because i got it from a friend just google it im sure youll find it.
