Hi can someone help i recently bought a sagem dbox2 image commando6,the prob i have is the LCD all of a sudden has gone very faint and can only be viewd from very close it is working but hardly any brightness.Also the side of the box is ajar the guy said he couldnt reattach it properly but i checked it their and it works fine.should i attempt to open it and check LCD connections as when i phoned him he said the ribbon could have come loose and i cant get hold of him for a while.can someone help as i dont want to damage the box iff i open without advice.
