guys my psp is 2.81 version...what i must to do to play .cso and .iso games??pls help me

you need to upgrade to 3.03 and then downgrade to 1.5 using an unpatched version of GTA:LCS (version with the 2.0 update on the UMD)
then its your choice of whether you use devhook to emulate a later firmware or upgrade to one of Dark_Alex's custom firmware's (recommended)
there are MANY threads on these topics so just have a look around and you will find what you are looking for
Currently on my 7th PS3 and 4th Xbox, gotta love technology.. |

yep...there's no need for any additional loaders etc and it can run nearly all homebrews ever made
Currently on my 7th PS3 and 4th Xbox, gotta love technology..

ill have a look but just search for something like '3.03 downgrader' or something like that
remember the first step is to update your PSP to 3.03 (no higher) so search here http://pspupdates.qj.net/ for the 3.03 eboot and get back to me once you have it

well there is always a chance of bricking the PSP when mucking around with the flash memory (being updating or changing fonts, themes etc) but as long as you dont pull out the AC adaptor or memstick, dont turn the PSP off, dont take the battery out and have the battery level above 75%, everything (in theory) should go fine

once you have upgraded to 3.03 => downgraded to 1.5 => and then upgraded to a custom firmware there will be no need to go back to 2.81 but to answer your question yes you can go back to 2.81 using the recovery option (once you are on the custom firmware)

did you make a folder called 'UPDATE' and place the eboot in there?
so it should be X:PSP/UPDATE <<place eboot in there (X is drive letter of PSP)

FIRTS i copy to x:/psp/games/update/11844_EBOOT.PBP and it says me corrupted data
now i move it to x:/psp/upate/11844_EBOOT.PBP and it says me that there are no games

i think you have to rename the eboot to 'EBOOT.PBP' (without quotes) and try again
