i need help i bought the dvr recorder about a year ago used it to copysome home videos it worked fine. now im trying to copy more videos and have tried to use the dvr recorder and it says playback is not avaleble for this disc i tried all my unused discs and same result so i went to walmart bought some new ones and thay will not read either ive managed to lose the instruction manual and cant figure out what to do the 800# emerson has is not in service can anyone help my email adress is clifford2299@yahoo.com please help.
