bad softmod using ndure/xboxhdm

I tried using the ndure/hotswap method from this tutorial which uses the XBOXHDM disc

The hotswap worked but while installing NDURE I recieved an out of space on C drive error message. I also recieved a script error during the backup process , anyway now when I bootup I only get a blank screen

What is the best way to restore my xbox retail dashboard? I got slayers 2.7 disc, should I just recompile the XBOXHDM image with the slayers C drive folders and copy it over during the hotswap??

Anyone know why I am recieving an out of disk space error while running NDURE?
