Could anyone confirm the RISK in playing backups on Xbox Live, is the only risk that MS might ban you or are they capible of corrupting your console??

omg. No one knows if ms will ban, for one i think if they were gonna ban they would have started by now. Its simple if oyu dont want to take the risk of getting caught, dont play backups on live. and if they did ban they would just ban your mac and wouldnt brick your console
