gameboot error PLEASE HELP

i just created a gameboot using

winmenc
mp3 to wav converter
VirtualDubMod
mpsto pmf converter

and it says place the creted mps file in the same folder as the mps to pmf converter
i did that. then it said rename the mps to gameboot. i did that then it said cick on the pmf converter and your gameboot should be created. i get a 2kb file which i then load up on the psp which comes out blank which the psp logo.

i then tried to just run the converter without renaming the mps file and i get a 714kb filesize as a pmf file but same thing again blank white screen with psp logo.

please help

never converted a gamebot, but i do know that when you place a gameboot on your psp, if it is corrupt it will display it white. so it is prolly corrupt
