Why don't u just try returning it to the store u got it from man and give 'em the old "firmware update bricked it excuse" or something.

Wish I could help u mate, sold my brick a while ago.

Try Ebay firstly, there's plenty of parts there and It's hard to find and negotiate with bricked PSP users here who want to sell their PSP's.
