Multi tv/monitor output DVD content with different video angles?

Hope everyone understands my question. I have a lot of music video content, and wanted to know if there was some video editing and/or authoring tools that allow one to author a DVD that when played has two or more different video streams playing at the same time edited in real time with one audio output? This would be like taking multi angle music videos and actually playing each video angle at the same time on 2 different tv's/monitors. Another way to describe this would be like when the Fox TV show "24" has two, three, sometimes four frames of video showing different action going on at the same "supposed" real time, except what I want to do is take each of these "frames" and control which TV/monitor that each frame goes to (each frame playing full screen in its respective TV/monitor.) I realize that I would not be able to play any such DVD on a stand alone DVD player, instead I would use my PC which has multi-monitor support. I may not even truly need to author a DVD in the traditional sense, but really would need a program that would be PC based that would do all of what I asked for, and any creative content that I author would be stored as a file. Any help or direction is appreciated.
