Hi anyone, I'm having some slow system problems and I know i have outerinfo invasive program. please help me remove outerinfo and any other problems with my system. any advise would be appreciated

Run HijackThis. Click the Open the Misc Tools section button. Then click the Open Uninstall Manager button. Then click the Save List button. Save the list to your Desktop.

Click Start>Run and type in appwiz.cpl and hit Enter. From the list uninstall:

Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_03(old versions of Java, if left installed, can be exploited)
Outerinfo

Reboot once they've finished uninstalling.

Let me know how your PC is behaving one you're back in Windows.
