xmule doesn't work

Hello.
I try to connect to a server with a xmule but the only response I have is the following:

ERROR : Connection refused : The server is full.

Also, we have the following response:

ERROR: Your port 4662 is not reachable. You have a LOWID, look http://www.edonkey2000.com/documentation/lowid.html ! Please correct your network config

So, I go to the http://www.edonkey2000.com/documentation/lowid.html
Next, I go to the
http://www.thedonkeynetwork.com/connection_test
and when I put 4662 and pick test, I have the response:

timeout : timeout on ip 130.206.134.164 (6 sec)

this means, that we even did not receive a
RESET signal; maybe due to a 'stealth' firewall

Some help?

You could have a bad problem with your isp, they may have been black listed, whats your isp?

ISP=Internet Service Provider.....What service do you use to connect to the internet?

AOL, MSN, VERISON, and ect............

Hi everybody,

I'm experiencing exactly the same problem as popeye (but I'm a real newbie, so I'm not sure the port number I put in the test was correct, how could I check it ?)
I'm accessing the internet from a (Suse 8.2) linux
computer located behing the central firewall of a university (of which type this firewall is, I don't have a clue). The 'strange' thing is that I left xmule on for the night, and some people could download things
from my disk, whereas my system could download anything from outside... any help.
