i have bought a box from germany. i have set up but cant get any progs. i keep getting a commando 6 image.then it asks me to scan channels. I do this then i get a notice saying error (dbox-key-service) i have also had a notice up saying. transpondan sucsesful. but i cant get get any progs. please help.

Buddy if you goto http://techno-forums.co.uk/phpbb , and register you will see a downloads ssections and a guides section . Go into the downloads forum and download the file that sais All service files. Unrar it and look for your area within the files. Once you find it goto guides section and follow the guide " How to setup your pc and dbox for ftp"
