Having Problems running these titles... Please Help!

Hi guys,
This my first post so be gentle. Just trying to have some fun like just about everyone on this forum.
I am having problems running on DevHook .46:
007 From Russia With Love.iso 456,944 KB
Cabelas African Safari.iso 884,096 KB
Metal Slug Anthology.iso 1,181,428 KB
Star Wars Lethal Alliance.iso 834,404 KB
WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2007.iso 1,594,464 KB
Thrillville.cso 580,916 KB
Test Drive Unlimited.iso 1,535,904 KB
Silent Hill Experience.iso 1,716,704 KB
Sid Meier's Pirates - Live The Life.iso 325,664 KB
Shinobido Tales of the Ninja.iso 494,368 KB
Pro Evolution Soccer 2007.iso 964,944 KB
Just about all of these games freeze after the title screen. Everything stays black. I basically have to reset the unit and start all over if I try running these titles.
Any Ideas?

Silent Hill Experience needs to be run through UMD Emulator.
the rest of them require firmware beyond what Devhook .46 has.
get 3.03OEB/C custom firmware instead of using devhook. or you could try one of the hybrid devhooks but i don't know much of them.

im having the same problems with some other games... i am running 3.10 oe-a2, so all im use to doing is dropping the iso into the iso folder and playing it, nothin else.... but these games are giving me the SAME EXACT problem.... it freezes on the title page when it tried to load...
Tony Hawk Project 8 (freezes at title screen)
Fight Night Round 3 (freezes at title screen)
Stacked (freezes in various spots)
WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2007 (exhibition mode always freezes)
nba live 07 (freezes at title screen)
thats it right now, i have about 5 other games that work perfectly... any suggestions on what the problem might be? i have the latest custom firmware out right now, so i dunno if i need a special program to run these through, or if all these just happen to be bad files... ive tried getting other copies of all of them, and every copy i get does the same thing with these games.... there is nothin more frustrating then not knowing why the game wont start

I am running 3.10 OE-A
Just about most of the games run without a UMD however you need to run some games with a UMD and need to disable Use No UMD in recovery mode.

oh yeah, i was gonna say that i got thrillville and it works fine... its the 567 mb rip, havent tried any of those other games yet...

awesome, i think you solved my problem... i have seriously been looking a long time for a solution to those problems, so thank you.
I bet this solution will only resolve my loading up completely problems, i think the wwe smackdown and stacked games i have are either bad rips, im thinkin about gettin my friends umd copy and trying to rip that to see if it works, i dunno.
oh yeah, why would some iso's need a umd to be in with the "no umd" option off in recovery mode? Is there somethin different with these type of games that dont allow it to be ran like the others?

This means I need to run a game (UMD) in the drive, and then disable, use No UMD in recovery mode.

I just keep a umd in the drive at all times
(Liberty City Stories Unpatched)
works for me

personally i think you should just get 3.03 oe-c which is the best one.it is better then 3.03 oe-a and oe-b............3.03 oe-a is apparently hard to use.
