Ok, My little brother recieved a PSP for his birthday and a USB wire and all, and was wondering how to even play backup games through the USB. I know the firmware says 1.52 after that i get totally lost and am entirelly clueless. I tried to search around but do not understand what i need to play backup games, is there some kind of newb guide or something some where someone can point to me?

not really but ur first step would be to upgrade to 2.00 so u can downgrade to 1.5.

you dont know how to upgrade? if you dont, read the manual, it gives a lot of info on the psp itself. like the readme, it not just there to look pretty.
