Your code:Try this ONCE and ONCE only. Remember,
you only get 3 to 5 tries. If you enter the same code two times, that is two tries.

Make sure battery is charged.
Remove sim first.
Power on.
Ignore ?Insert SIM?

then press the "star" key (*) quickly to get the P and W and +

and the rest of the code---
Begin with # and end with #.
IMPORTANT!!
Verify code before pressing the last #.
Pay attention. You only have about two seconds.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked.
"Error code" wrong code. STOP tell me.
"Not allowed" or "Can Not Undo Restriction" it's hard locked.
Used up all your free tries!!

That is odd.
Try this ONCE.
Copy the Code in large Letters/numbers.

Thanks for tyrying but still not working, any more suggestions or

Kev,
These are the only codes for that phone.
Let's do this another way.
If you have set a security or lock codes on the phone. reste them to default.
12345 etc.
Get a NEW working sim. Not Tesco.
Put the sim in and turn the phone on.
You will see "Phone restricted" if the phone is still locked.
Otherwise it is unlocked.
If you see that, you will see an option "UNDO"
select UNDO and enter the first code I gave you into the box.

check the code and then select OK or ENTER.
That is the best I can do.
