I need a little help w/V3xx

I used MotoKit 1.06 on my old V3 to raise the level of the external speaker, to make "Cingular" go away on the home screen, and to change the "cl.gif" file to change the pic on the outer screen from the Cingular logo to what ever I wanted.

What can I use now for the V3xx? I can't get MotoKit 1.06 to detect the V3xx. What can I do, & which program do I use?
