I recently put a new xmb wave hack on my psp. I then rebooted my psp, it keeps freezing at the opening screen. some one please help. (i can also access a recovery menu, running dark alex proof of concept firmware). iS THERE A WAY OF FIXING IT.

Don't make multiple threads, you might think theyll help you out more but the do the opposite. Did you even bother search this btw because there many threads like these.

O_O Wtf?? If you dont know what it is then you better not mess with the xmb, cause thats the xmb itself.

ya, you can. wait, you dont need the topmenu, you need the system_plugin_bg.rco

the file is hosted at rapidshare >.<, download the second link i gave you, then just add the system_plugin_bg.rco to vsh/resource/. cant you wait a lil bit, its not gonna kill your psp if you cant wait 5 mins, i got other ppl to help too..

Just use the link i gave you and go to recovery mode, usb flash0 and the add the .rco to vsh/resource/, its not that hard.

omg dude...
1. First, go into recovery mode (do you know what that is???)
2. Advanced > Toggle usb (flash0)
3. Put the file in the vsh/resource/

Its not, its in your psp!! Do you know how to get into recovery mode?? If you dont all you do is turn it off and then hold the R trigger (the clear plastic thing on top of the psp, its called the R trigger) and turn it on while holding it. Then do the steps i told you on the other post..geez... its not that hard, if you would of searched..

i formatted my mem card i only have the folders psp, music ,save data photo and game. tell me if i have to make new foldes.

I told you what to do, im not gonna help you out if you dont listen
Im going to tell you 1 more time, and only once! Read it carefully
1. first, turn off your psp
2. then, go into recovery mode by holding R trigger
3. go to Advanced > Toggle usb (flash0)
4. then put the file in the vsh/resource/

im sorry. but i just dont know were to put that file. on my recovery menu it says activate usb, flash mso:/psp/game/update/eboot.pbp thats all thats there.
