I too have one of those crazy Magnavox DVD players and its driving me bonkers! I record Mon-Fri from 12noon to 3pm. When I watch my recording and hit the time record button it does set itself for the next day but at 12 midnight the "DVD" on the machine starts flashing and I have to reset it. I don't know if its looking to record and getting the 12 noon and 12 midnight readings mixed up. Then just a couple nights ago the time changed on the machine (on its own because I had time recording time set) and it started recording after midnight. I had to reset the clock and it was fine. What is making it do that? It seems like it shouldn't be this difficult to operate. It did make me feel better that others were having the same problem. Is there anything I can do so that the "DVD" would not start flashing after the times recordings are set? Thanks
